Greetings! I arrived @ 1690 NE Division St. in Gresham,OR. on 3/30/11 around 0730 for an 0800 appt. I had scheduled the day prior, confirming I was going to the Clutch Drs. After leaving my residence in Washougal,WA., and the help of my navigator, I was visibly upset for the place of business not being of the mentioned, just ask Dave! I believe in, & try diligently to practice 2 phrases: This too shall pass & Leave it to God. When Dave said he had spoke with the owner and that he would honor the inspection of my clutch free of charge, without having to reschedule, well, to me, is INCREDIBLE SERVICE! I left Honest-1 that day already referring a friend and knowing it was meant to be. So, to Dave,Steve and Joe THANK YOU.

We would never take our car to any other place. We actually had a bad experience with another shop and ended up taking our car to Honest-1. They beat the price of a new part by over $200 and the job by over $300. My wife and I say Norm and the Honest-1 team at Gresham are the best mechanics we've ever had. We love Honest-1!

Wow! I am super impressed with your comfortable, clean and accommodating waiting area! Free Wi-Fi and internet cafe; what an excellent idea! I always dread taking my car to the shop because I know I'll have to sit for hours staring at the wall drinking lukewarm coffee and flipping through hunting magazines from 2001. As a first time customer here at Honest-1 Auto Care, I was very impressed with your lobby. Previously I went to another (mechanic shop) and their floor was disgusting. I wouldn't let my son touch anything. It was so nice to come into a clean environment and know that not only was my car getting good service, but my son wouldn’t walk away germy. I love this place and have been going to the Clackamas shop for a while, using their online coupons. They have an internet cafe, kids play area and McDonalds is right next door!

We bought their coupons when they came door-to-door last winter and I've used them for our vehicles and they are really friendly. It's also convenient because they have computers and Wi-Fi while you wait, which I've never seen before at other places....

I'd like to pass on an "atta boy" for Rob. You see, I live on Social Security Retirement benefits. I scraped together the money to get my truck re-registered, but when I went to DEQ, it failed. NOX allowed at 200, tested at 220. I went into your store, based on a recommendation from a neighbor, explained my situation to Rob, and he did something no other mechanic has ever done for me. He told me to take the truck for a long drive and then go back to DEQ. I did. It tested at 80. That saved me serious money, and I can assure you, my business will be at your store from now on. Now a days, you probably get only complaints. Thought you could use some good news. I sure did.
