This was my 3rd visit! I used to use Jiffy Lube but I was tired of their pushy sales tactics. Honest 1 lives up to their honest name. They regularly offer great deals and are so kind and helpful. They rock! Jerry made my day by going above and beyond in his customer service.

My car was overheating and they not only looked at it immediately but filled it with coolant and didn't charge me. They were truly an angel in disguise!
I like the customer service and how everybody including the clerical staff know general knowledge on auto care and maintenance. Their coupon postcard is a big help for customers with low and working income graduant. I like their seating area with magazines and good wi-fi
