My first entry was incorrect, thinking fewer meant higher. Sorry. I was very satisfied with the extra attention given me AND my car. That info,etc. put me at ease.

Very friendly and non-pushy. They did not explain most of the notes on the Free 100 point inspection, but it told that I bought a car with suspension and drive shaft issues.
I went to get my brakes worked on and was so impressed! Susie helped me and went above and beyond. She helped me apply for a cfs loan and had someone give me a ride home when I asked about bus routes. She also gave advice about the tires I needed and found good deals. Norm did the work on my car and was great about explaining what needed done and making sure I understood. I will definitely go back next time I need maintenance done. Kate was really nice driving me home. Thank you all so much.
Took my wagon back because the AC quit working after they fixed it and the service engine soon light came on. Susie got me right in and Norm looked at it. They told me is was an electrical problem and not covered under the warranty. Went home and checked it out and Norm was right. It was a blown fuse. Replaced that and the light went out and I had plenty of AC. Good Job.
