"Exhaust noise increase" Took my wife's 2000 Toyota Tundra to see if Honest-1 could tell me why it sounded louder. They put the truck on the rack and checked it over. About 10 minutes later they showed me some photos that the exhaust pipes were rusted and a bracket had come off the pipe. When it did, it opened up a large hole. The photos were a great help. There was no charge and they recommended I take it to the muffler shop a block away for repair. This has been a great company to deal with.

"Oil change" An oil change is simple but I like that look at other parts of the car and give feedback. Its quick and easy and a nice waiting area.

"The extra mile." I came in about a half hour before closing to get my headlight bulbs replaced. One of them, however, had a short in the socket and burned the connector out, and had to be replaced. Even though they were supposed to be closing, one of the mechanics and the guy at the front desk stayed a half hour past closing to get it done. This is the kind of service that makes people want to come back. Though my past experiences were just so-so, these people went the extra mile and completely changed my mind about this company and the work they do. They genuinely care about the customers and about their safety. Thanks again!

"Friendly " Prompt service and estimate of repair.
