Tony said he was pretty pleased with this business.
Dan said the business squeezed him right in, even though he got there an hour before closing.
Michael said he lives near the location and saw the business's advertisement. He got a good quote from them as well.
"Excellent customer service and care. " I brought my son's car in for an oil change on 6/15/15. I immediately was welcomed and taken care of. All of the services were explained to me in detail and an itemized summary was given to me with recommendations of future services that will be needed. I did not feel pressured to get any work done that was not needed; which has happened at other auto places. This was my first time at Honest-1 Auto Care and I will definitely be a returning customer.
Ross said all the service was great. There was a charge at the end that he did not know about. After he spoke with customer service, they waived the charge.
"Fast Honest service" I had an appointment at 8 am and they took me in right away.
Spoke with Michaeila. She said that this business solved the problem with her vehicle.
"Relaxing and friendly place." I'll go back--bought a Groupon originally and would do it again! I sent a friend in there too!
"Expensive but quality" Great customer service and good work. They really seem to care. Only downside is they are more expensive than other mechanics. But I do trust them
Sarah said the employees at this business were really nice and the service was good except for a few things. She had requested for them to fix one specific thing but if there was anything else that they thought needed to be addressed to contact her first. They replaced a fuse but also replaced another one and now the motor for her antenna grinds. They had to remove her spare tire, jack and cover to adjust the antenna. After they did that, they did not put it back together. She had to do it herself and said that was very annoying. They charged her $60 for two fuses and the labor. When she questioned them about that, the employee told her she would have never had found it herself. She said she thought that was rude. She is still happy enough to come back and use them again.
