It's now the second time. The same problem that was said to have been fixed seems to have been ovrlooked but charges are mounting and almost exhausting to mention. I wonder: Someone had hinted to me before and has warned me again that such an experience is a normality with this Honest-1 Auto Care! Please wait for more details after this. Thank you. ~~~Anne
This was my first time coming here- I tend to avoid places with ‘honest’ in the business name. They had great reviews and it was very easy to book my appointment online, picking two ideal times that I’d like to come in, and I received the confirmation within a couple of hours. They appeared very busy when I arrived, but were friendly and professional at the counter. They did not use any scare tactics to make me feel like I needed to spend more money than I intended, and was out of there with 45 minutes. This was a very straightforward transaction and I was taken care of exactly how I hoped and expected.

I brought my car in with a few issues. Aaron (?) was EXTREMELY helpful and I got my car back at closing. Thought they'd have to keep it. I highly recommend Honest1 & its crew in Gresham!!!
I like to give a shout out to Erin. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable when it came to my 68 RFE transmission. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and they honest appraisal of my situation.
I had a major repair and they were knowledgeable about the repair. Price fell into what a typical camshaft would cost with labor. They helped me every step of the way. Communication was great. Got my car back and works great no issues. First time using them and very satisfied with my experience.
I’ve been taking my Mercedes’ ML500 to Mercedes mechanic for years but feeling I’m being soaked with the bill. I received a flyer in the mail for H1 Auto care & called to check them out! Talked with Steve who sounded very knowledgeable. They ended up doing the oil change & vehicle inspection and saved me $100! The car is running great of course & I plan on going back!
