This review would be a 1 star if not for the amazing service and resolution to a misunderstanding regarding the work requested. I have worked on vehicles all my life and have a hard time trusting shops, but we will definitely be using this shop again. Thank you for the resolution and amazing customer service!

What a great experience as a first time customer! I just wanted a simple oil change. They didn't try to pressure me into a dozen other services when I was specifically there for one simple thing and they took care of it quickly. I will use their services again for future repairs.

I've gone too Honest-1 a few times now for standard maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations) and for larger repairs. They've always been very communicative and explanatory in what work needs to be done and why. Would highly recommend.

These guys are always cordial (very friendly), explain everything being done and was done. I was told it would take 'about' half an our. BINGO! Almost to the minute. I've been coming here almost 7 years and have been treated wonderfully every time.

I run there in urgency to fix my broken trim. The guys were supper kind and got into it supper fast. They fixed it quickly within two hours and treated me and my car with respect. I just want to say a BIG thank you to you all especially the mMr handsome Erin! Looks like I’ll be coming back for anything car or not 😜.
