What a great experience. I was fully informed of all the problems my car had and the best way to handle them. Honest 1 sure does live up to it's name. Great staff
They live up to their name. I am having to slowly fix my car because of finances and they are very understanding. They are fixing the most broken and necessary stuff first.
Absolutely without question the most honest auto shop anywhere I've ever worked with. And fast. The technology for follow up is state of the art. I got a text shortly after the 21 point inspection complete with pictures listed everything that was good in green, then the things that needed attention followed by things deemed critical. Again pictures on all. I was able to quickly decide what to move forward with and what to wait on. Never pushed anything, just simply showed what was what and I gave the yes or no, job was done early. Anyways.... best possible place to take your car if you want peace of mind and honest repairs
I had a bad wheel that caused my lugnuts to come loose. Nearly lost my wheel out on the street. I asked if they could help me so I could make it 1 more block where my replacement wheel was. They dropped what they were doing to come out and help. Got me safe enough to get going again and didn't charge me. I will definitely be back for any future repairs. Thank you again!
Real quick diagnosis: exhaust manifold gasket blown on one side. Ok, no problem. Later was told that both sides were bad. Again, no prob...it's an old truck. Then was told that while removing the manifolds a bolt broke off and they would get it taken care by Monday. That theyd get the bolt drilled out and replaced. They took care of it and got the truck back on the road. So, overall I'm pleased with the end product. Aaron was straight forward and honest with me. I super appreciate it. .
I’ve been completely satisfied with the timely and professional service I have received on 2 different issues on 2 different vehicles. On one occasion I was several hours late for my appointment but Honest-1 allowed me to leave the vehicle so they could work it into their schedule and finished it up the very next day. I will continue to use Honest-1 Auto Care.
We have 3 vehicles and I will bring all to be serviced here. Aaron is very helpful and the service is always done in a timely manner.
